From Cool Cousin to Monday Notes

When I started this blog, it was a mix of experiments, aesthetics, and internet nostalgia. Blogging became a quiet passion project; a way to share thoughts, ideas, and visuals without the scroll. No pressure to perform. No hashtags. Just a slow, satisfying return to publishing for the sake of it.

I grew up reading blogs. Refreshing my favorites after college.  And something about coming back to that format in 2026 feels incredibly grounding. I want to turn this space into my creative outlet away from algorithms. A little personal editorial desk I get to play at.

So this year, I’m approaching this blog as a small publisher. I want to make more. Share more. Recommend things. Collect thoughts. Create a slower corner of the web that feels like a good newsletter and a favorite magazine had a baby.

See you here, every Monday?

I can’t wait to share everything I’ve been exploring — the tools, the reads, the aesthetics, the thoughts behind the work. Thanks for sticking around through the glow up.

Welcome to Monday Notes.
Glad you’re here.
Xo, Nova.
